The Hauschild SpeedMixer® is a high-precision tool. Through continuous improvements, the Hauschild SpeedMixer® has become the most advanced mixing solution available today over the last 50 years. DAC stands for Dual Asymmetric Centrifuge and is giving the name for all Hauschild SpeedMixer®. It is a bladeless mixer combining opposite centrifugal forces resulting in in an extremely efficient mixing process. 

The Hauschild SpeedMixer® is a laboratory and production mixing system. It is suitable for an extremely wide range of applications and capable of mixing in a matter of seconds. Almost any kind of material in any form like fluid, paste, powder, solid and emulsions can be used for rapid mixing, dispersing or grinding. Thanks to the optimized mechanical configuration, the Hauschild SpeedMixer® enables almost 100% degassing while mixing, obtaining air-bubbles free mixtures and therefore sparing any additional degassing cycle. For complete deairing, the vacuum option is also available. The reproducibility of the result represents an additional advantage especially in R&D and Quality Control. Programmable cycles ensure an identical mixture from batch to batch. Mixing in a closed container reduces the chemical load to a minimum. The Hauschild SpeedMixer® is a bladeless mixer that works with disposable cups reducing to zero the necessity of using chemicals for cleaning of the equipment. Each individual machine is manufactured by hand. From the design to final control, special attention is paid to each production step.
