Hauschild SpeedMixer® DAC 400-1100 Series

The Hauschild SpeedMixer® DAC 400-1100 Series are laboratory-sized instruments for the rapid mixing and grinding of materials up to 1kg that would otherwise require large amounts of time and / or effort to mix and / or grind. Each Hauschild SpeedMixer® DAC 400-1100 series has 20 mixing profiles and 5 optional vacuum profiles. By selecting pre-optimized mix profiles, one can repeatably and quickly process a huge variety of materials with or without vacuum, all inside a disposable container. 

For Vacuum SpeedMixing: Vacuum is supplied by an external source such as a small pump or lab connection. The vacuum intensity is controlled by one of the five profiles that are freely set by the user. Mixing under a blanket of nitrogen or other gas can be achieved by connecting the gas of your choice, evacuating the mixing chamber and then venting with that gas. Not every application requires vacuum SpeedMixing to obtain desired results.
